Terms & Conditions – Legal Disclaimer

The purpose of this page is to establish the official Terms & Conditions and Operating Procedures of Patriot Automotive & Performance LLC. By authorizing services, leaving a vehicle in our care, or conducting business with us, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Estimates & Approvals

All services and totals at or above $1.00 must be approved by the customer with a signature before any work is performed.
No diagnostic, repair, or service will begin without documented customer authorization.

2. After‑Hours Drop‑Off

Customers using the after‑hours drop box must sign the provided envelope.
No services—including diagnostics—will be performed without a signed authorization.

3. Parts Deposit

When approving parts to be ordered, the customer must pay for all parts in advance.
Parts will not be ordered or installed until payment is received.

4. Payment Option Policy

Customers applying for a payment plan must acknowledge that they are responsible for any approved dollar amount, even if they are not approved for financing.
Example: If diagnostics are approved, the customer is responsible for the diagnostic fee regardless of financing approval.

5. Changes to Estimates

Any change to the estimate at or above $1.00 must be approved by the customer before additional work is performed.

6. Completion of Services

Once approved services are completed, the customer will be notified by phone call, text message, or email.
Before a vehicle can be picked up, the bill must be paid in full in person, online via payment link, or through an approved payment option.

7. Payment Deadline & Storage Fees

After notification of job completion, the customer has 10 business days to pay the bill in full.
After the 10‑day window, a $10 per day storage fee will be applied for up to 60 days or until the bill is paid in full, whichever comes first.

8. Abandoned Vehicles & Collections

If the bill remains unpaid 60 days after the initial 10‑day window, the vehicle will either: A) Be towed at the owner’s expense, or B) Patriot Automotive & Performance LLC will file to take ownership of the vehicle.

If the vehicle is towed:

Any remaining balance owed will be sent to collections.

If the company takes ownership:

The vehicle’s value will be deducted from the customer’s outstanding balance.
If a balance remains, the customer must settle it within 30 days.
Any unpaid balance after 30 days will be sent to collections.

9. Parts & Labor Warranty

Parts Warranty: All parts warranties are provided solely by the parts supplier or manufacturer. Patriot Automotive & Performance LLC does not provide its own parts warranty.
Labor Warranty: Labor is covered for up to 90 days only when the part is under supplier warranty. After 90 days, labor costs become the customer’s responsibility.
Customer‑Provided Parts: No labor warranty is offered. Any parts warranty issues must be handled directly by the customer.
Performance Upgrades: Only parts warranties from the supplier or manufacturer apply. No labor warranty is provided by Patriot Automotive & Performance LLC.

10. Performance Upgrades & Add‑Ons

Any part that does not meet factory specifications or alters factory appearance is considered for off‑road use only.
Patriot Automotive & Performance LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for vehicles used in off‑road conditions.
Customers must sign a waiver acknowledging that the vehicle is for off‑road use only when applicable.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Patriot Automotive & Performance LLC is not responsible for:

Loss or damage caused by weather, theft, vandalism, or circumstances beyond our control
Pre‑existing mechanical issues
Damage resulting from customer‑provided parts
Issues arising from unauthorized modifications or neglect

12. Agreement

By signing an estimate, leaving a vehicle in our care, or approving services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
